KRCHE believes that exposure is important to motivate the students to participate in co-curricular activities. Various clubs have been established to provide practical learning in every activity of the modern era. With the aim of enhancing the talent of the students, KRCHE has formed following clubs:
MERAKI –THE LITERARY CLUB
The literal meaning of Meraki is to do something from soul, to give a part of you to that work. Meraki – The Literary Club of KRCHE was established in January, 2020. The main idea behind the creation of this society was to provide a platform where students can develop as active constructors of their knowledge, learning and experiences. Language is just a medium of conveying our ideas and thoughts. The diversity of languages should not hinder the learning. Keeping this important fact in mind and to bridge the gap created by diverse languages, the literary club is formed.
The society is committed to develop confidence, communication skills, creative thinking, empathy and cooperation among learners. The purpose of this society is to make students aware about their talents and interests and also to make them think out of the box.
Hence, the vision is to bring together all the students under same roof without any discrimination and make them work in a team as a complete one unit where they can also learn the importance of each language. The mission of MERAKI club is to make students follow the path of constructivism where they are the active constructors of their knowledge and also learn through the experiences of others.
KR SOCIAL CLUB
The Club was established on 3rd October, 2015 with the objective of providing practical exposure and platform to students in order to show their hidden talent. KR Club encourages every student member for his/her maximum participation in all the cultural activities to enhance their self confidence and personality development by overcoming their fear and nervousness. Eco club is a voluntary group which promotes the participation of students in learning and improving their environment. It was established with the objective of creating environmental awareness among the future generation and to teach the students to tackle environmental problems. This club tries to understand and simplify the micro eco balancing activities which take place between organic and non – organic parameters in nature.
In the college campus, we perform activities to save the environment like tree plantation, organizing poster making competitions and conducting seminars on various environmental issues. It is a forum through which students can reach out to their parent and neighborhood communities to promote environmental behavior. Its main focus is on encouraging people to work in an environmental friendly manner which includes usage of paper bags, steel lunch boxes, water management, saving electricity and other activities.
