I hereby solemnly and sincerely affirm that I fulfill the eligibility conditions prescribed by the university and that the statements made and information furnished by me in this Application Form are true and correct and I have not withheld any information. If it is found that any information furnished herein is fraudulent, incorrect or untrue in material particulars, then I will be liable to prosecution and that the admission to the programme is liable to be cancelled. I will abide by the rules and regulations contained in the Admission Brochure and other provisions notified by the University. I am also aware that my admission through CET/CUET 2026 is provisional and is subject to verification of my eligibility at the time of admission after qualifying the entrance test(s). I further declare that during the entire programme in the University/Institution, I will not indulge in any indisciplined activities. And if found so, the college can take appropriate disciplinary action against me, ranging from suspension from the class to rustication from the college.
