TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL
At Kasturi Ram College of Higher Education, we always believe in equipping our students with the right talent and personality to face the industry requirements. Our focus is on creating new approaches to attract the best from the industry to our campus. The Placement & Training Cell functions with the primary aim of placing students in top-notch companies even before the course completion and further provides ample opportunities to the students to develop their personality by conducting programs regularly in communication and soft skills with the view of making students Industry-friendly and Industry ready candidates.
The Cell is well equipped with ample infrastructure in terms of Seminar Halls, Meeting/Consultancy Hall for Pre Placement Talk, Presentations, etc. Under the guidance of Director, this exclusive cell collects the data of the graduating students and maintains a comprehensive database ready for the reference of interview committees. This Cell is constantly involved in creating excellent tie ups with prospective employers.
The students are encouraged to take active participation in Placement Activities for their Professional Development which includes Mock Interview, Group Discussion at different intervals, Extempore, Case-studies, Quiz, HR Conclave etc.
The Placement Cell also promotes various writing activities like Drafting Cover Letter, Resume Writing Exercise, Self-Assessment worksheets and so on for the Writing Skills Development of the students. It also plays a key role in counseling and guiding the students of the college for their successful career placement.
