A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? To recruit team of agents as per the corporate strategy
? Good knowledge of Insurance both private as well as commercial.
? Recruitment of agents, training and business generation through them. ensure and
maintain levels of productivity as prescribed
? To focus on the development of various business segments as per the sales strategy
? To train IAs with the help of training team
? To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external
regulations
B. MEASURE OF SUCCESS
? Achievement of sales targets and others parameters
? Retention
? Team Management
C. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
? Any Graduate or Post Graduate (Marketing & Sales)
? 0-2 Years of Experience in Insurance
? Team handling role would be an added advantage
D. SKILLS REQUIRED
? Sound Knowledge of IRDA regulations
? Good Communication Skills
? Good team building skills
? Good knowledge of underwriting and operation processes
? Training and motivation capacity
